    - No griefing
    - No hacking or duping items
    - No PvP in cities or certain cities/towns
    -- PvP is fine everywhere else
    - No destroying or glitching locked chests
    -- Stealing from unlocked chests is allowed (and encouraged)
    - No racism
    -- Swearing is fine
    - Don't ask for money or items
    - Don't leave 1x1 towers
    - Don't leave floating trees
    - Respect all players
